EXO S.A. Implements Self-management and Security Terminals in San Luis
The province of San Luis has experienced a significant advance in technology and citizen security with the installation of more than 10 Citizen Self-Management Terminals by the company EXO SA This initiative, which is part of an ambitious comprehensive project, seeks to improve the quality of life of citizens and strengthen connectivity, self-management and monitoring in public spaces.
The terminals have been specifically designed for installation in outdoor spaces and public roads, offering a multitasking solution that ranges from digital signage to the possibility of carrying out civil procedures and obtaining information on various topics of community interest.
One of the main characteristics that distinguishes these terminals is their advanced design and manufacture, guaranteeing watertightness and being IP67 compliant, which makes them resistant to adverse environmental conditions, such as dust and humidity.
In addition, these Self-Service Stations are equipped with armored glass and remote-opening electronic locks, providing an optimal level of security for users and stored information.
This device is composed of two high quality displays. The first screen, with a size of 55", stands out for its high brightness that allows optimal visibility even under direct sunlight, making it an ideal tool for digital signage, disseminating relevant information and public interest. The second display, a 32″ screen, features HydroTouch functionality. This unique feature makes it possible for citizens to interact with the terminal, even in rainy conditions or with a wet screen, ensuring easy access to the services and procedures offered.
In addition to their functionality as information and self-management points, these terminals have also become key allies in reinforcing security in the province. Equipped with high-resolution panoramic cameras, microphone, speakers and an emergency/panic button, they allow real-time visual and audible monitoring. These features have proven to be essential to strengthen neighborhood security and improve emergency response.
The success of this comprehensive project lies not only in the design of the terminals, but also in the development of customized software adapted to the specific needs of the province of San Luis. The combination of hardware and software has made it possible to create an optimal self-management and monitoring environment that facilitates the daily lives of citizens.
The execution of the project has not been without challenges, but thanks to the commitment and experience of EXO SA the implementation has been a resounding success. The incorporation of these T55 self-management terminals represents a significant step towards the digital transformation of the province of San Luis, promoting greater citizen participation, improving security and strengthening connectivity in public spaces.
