La empresa distribuidora de energía eléctrica EDESUR implementó recientemente terminales de autogestión EXO T19 Neo Slim en varias de sus sucursales, con el objetivo de mejorar la experiencia del usuario y agilizar procesos vinculados a su oficina virtual.

Estas terminales permiten a los clientes imprimir cupones de pago, gestionar trámites y acceder a facturas de forma rápida y autónoma, sin necesidad de asistencia directa.
