Human Resources Self-Management Terminals were installed in the Ternium - Siderar production plant located in Ensenada, Province of Buenos Aires.
In line with Ternium's needs, EXO worked on the development and manufacture of this solution, integrating new technologies and new functionalities, in this case, adapted to its production plant, although they can also be easily customized aesthetically and functionally for any application.
This terminal, called ¨Tótem de Autogestión EXO RRHH¨, is a development whose main objective is to optimize the man hours of employees in management with HR and the number of HR staff to attend to their queries.
It has a touch screen, track ball keypad and IP phone all with anti-vandal features, mini PC, document box, A4 printer and A4 two-face scanner, RFID reader, door and full box sensors, electronic locks, video camera, biometric reader and with customizable corporate graphics.
It allows the immediate availability of salary receipts and to carry out personal procedures in an agile way (clocking in, vacations, overtime, per diems, change of social work, address, births, etc.), it avoids staff congestion, waiting and the loss of documents (it scans receipts, medical certificates and more), it integrates with different settlement and management systems, it improves the productivity of HR personnel and facilitates their tasks.
