Due to the new normality that we are experiencing in Argentina, many companies have opted to modify their customer service methods and integrate new technologies to carry out this task.
EXO Technological Solutions is an important link for companies such as Grupo Randazzo.
In this project, EXO's Commercial Department and G. Randazzo's Purchasing Department were involved, resulting in the integration of the T19 Neo Terminal to improve the reception of customers, registering them and referring them for prompt attention.
Vandal-proof 19-inch touchscreen and mini PC are some of the devices included in the model developed for Randazzo Group, which is also prepared for devices such as bar code or QR code readers and thermal printers, among others.
Together with other tools, implemented by the customer itself, the T19 Neo terminal becomes the ideal solution for self-management, accessibility and biosecurity in an organization.
